Here’s how to upload your artwork:
- Simply click on the CHOOSE FILE BUTTON (UPLOAD) below and select your file.
- If your file is too large to upload, don’t worry! Go ahead and complete your purchase, then send us your file or Canva link along with your order number.
Please note that there may be slight variations in color between your screen and the printed copy. This is because screens use RGB while printers use CMYK. Although we will print the closest color possible, please be aware that we do not guarantee an exact color match.
Custom Transfers/Apparel:
All sales of custom transfers/Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom transfer orders once they have been processed.
Ink and Consumables:
Returns for ink and consumables must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned ink and consumable products.
Shipping costs associated with the return of ink and consumables are non-refundable.

- The design will be printed exactly as submitted, without editing.
- Image quality affects transfer quality, so high-resolution, non-pixelated designs are recommended.
- There is an additional cost of $5 per file for editing or modifying designs.
