Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the DTF Supplies website, operated by Bespoke Prints & More Ltd., you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Custom Transfers/Apparel:

  1. All sales of custom transfers/Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom transfer orders once they have been processed.

Ink and Consumables:

  1. Returns for ink and consumables must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  3. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned ink and consumable products.
  4. Shipping costs associated with the return of ink and consumables are non-refundable.

General Terms:

  1. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  2. Orders are processed and shipped based on product availability and order volume.
  3. Bespoke Prints & More is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by external factors such as weather, carrier issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders for custom transfers/Apparels cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
  • Cancellations for ink and consumables must be requested before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, the return policy outlined above will apply.

Damaged or Defective Products:

  1. Customers must inspect all products upon receipt and report any damage or defects within 7 days of receiving the order.
  2. Bespoke Prints & More will replace or refund the cost of damaged or defective products in accordance with our warranty policy.
