UV DTF Gang Sheet Builder– UV direct-to-film transfers have become a popular trend, and we proudly provide this service using an advanced industrial printer.

UV DTF is NOT for clothing. This is a hard surface DTF printed transfer. Our transfers surpass sublimation in brightness and eliminate the need for additional equipment. Consider the various surfaces where you might apply a sticker—coolers, drinkware, frames, boats, wood, acrylic, glass, and more. UV DTF TRANSFERS exhibit exceptional durability, remaining vibrant under sunlight and resisting scratches effectively. Although UV DTF transfers can endure dishwashers and car washes, opting for hand washing is recommended to ensure the transfer’s longevity.

Creating a gang sheet can be a bit intimidating. A gang sheet is basically a large canvas that contains multiple designs. This allows us to print multiple items at once, which can save a lot of time and money. Make sure to set your artboard to the correct size. The width should be 12 inches, but the length can vary from 24 to 72 inches. Silhouette is popular for crafting but may not be the best choice for creating a gang sheet.

Specifications for Files

Your design should be in PNG, TIFF format or the Source File, and have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI. All fonts in vector artwork need to be converted to outlines. Once your text is converted and sent to us it can no longer be edited. The design will undergo printing exactly as provided, without any alterations. The quality of the image directly impacts the transfer quality; thus, we recommend high-resolution, non-pixelated designs.
