Custom Transfers/Apparel:
All sales of custom transfers/Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom transfer orders once they have been processed.
Ink and Consumables:
Returns for ink and consumables must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned ink and consumable products.
Shipping costs associated with the return of ink and consumables are non-refundable.

Dr is not just my prefix -The Direct To Film (DTF) transfer is an innovative printing method that provides a new option for reproducing your artwork or design. DTF enables you to print your design onto a film, which can then be applied to various fabrics such as cotton and polyester, including both light and dark-colored materials, using a Commercial heat press
Disclaimer : Variations in color may occur due to differences in screen resolution and monitor color reproduction.
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Pre-heat your heat press to the recommended temperature (usually 300°F).
- Place the DTF printed transfer face down on the garment and cover with a silicone sheet or parchment paper.
- Apply medium pressure (40-60 PSI) for 10-15 seconds.
- Allow to cool for 5 seconds before gently peeling the PET film carrier off
