The use of a heat press is essential when acquiring any of the items mentioned in these listings. It is important to clarify that your purchase includes the film/transfer featuring a printed design, while the actual clothing items are not part of the package.
Follow these steps to Order

- Upload your files and arrange your images according to your specified sheet size.
- Ensure that your artwork is sent at the same size you want it to be printed.

It’s important to acknowledge that subtle color differences may exist between your screen display and the printed copy. This discrepancy arises from the use of RGB on screens and CMYK in printers. While we strive to achieve the closest color representation, please be mindful that an exact color match cannot be guaranteed.
Custom Transfers/Apparel:
All sales of custom transfers/Apparel are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for custom transfer orders once they have been processed.
Ink and Consumables:
Returns for ink and consumables must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned ink and consumable products.
Shipping costs associated with the return of ink and consumables are non-refundable.

Specifications for Files
- Your design should be in SVG, JPG, or PNG format, featuring a transparent background and a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.
- All fonts in vector artwork need to be converted to outlines. Once your text is converted and sent to us it can no longer be edited.
- All lines need to be a minimum weight of 3pts. There needs to be enough ink for the adhesion powder to stick to.
- The design will undergo printing exactly as provided, without any alterations.
- The quality of the image directly impacts the transfer quality; thus, we recommend high-resolution, non-pixelated designs.
- If additional artwork modifications are needed, please email us to discuss artwork fees.
How to Create a Gang Sheet
Creating a gang sheet can be a bit intimidating. Here are some tips to make the process easier:
- A gang sheet is basically a large canvas that contains multiple designs. This allows us to print multiple items at once, which can save a lot of time and money.
- Make sure to set your art board to the correct size. The width should be 12 inches, but the length can vary from 24 to 72 inches.
- Silhouette is popular for crafting but may not be the best choice for creating a gang sheet.
By creating a gang roll for submission and following through with a purchase there are no refunds for this product.
